**** URGENT **** H1B Stamping Information
Hi,
My H1B expiration date is 30-Sep-16 (stamped in Passport - VISA page) which I got during stamping through my previous employer
However I have recently changed my employer in US and got new I797, expiration date is 16-Sep-17.
I am planning to visit India on the next month for 1 week and back to US.
My query is, Do I have to go for stamping process? or not
because my H1B expiration date is valid till 30-Sep-16 which is mentioned in my passport.
Kindly reply as soon as possible, it is urgent for me.
