Unused H1B Visa
Hi, My company bought H1B visa for 2.5 years (Dec 2011 to March 2014). I went to US only for 3 months(Jan 2012 to April 2012) and didn't do to US for next 2.5 years and my H1B visa expired.
Now If again I need to get US work permit, What should I do?
1 - As my H1B visa expired 2 years back. Need to go under the latest lottery system.
2 - As I already had an H1B Visa , I just need to renew it.
3 - As I didn't use remaining 2 years and 2 months in my H1B visa, I can use it by some process (is there any thing like that?)
Please clarify my doubt.
