Hi,
I have applied for my H1B under normal processing last month but now I realized that in order to get EAD for my wife on time I need to file my H1B under premium processing (as current H1b Processing times it too high). I am upgrading my h1b application to premium. my question is can I send my i-539 in the same packet as i-907 ..will they process it quicker ?
I read online that if 539 is filed along with h1b under premium processing then uscis approve h1 and h4 together in 15 days.
