Dear all,
I came to the States to work two months ago with a H-1 visa. The H-1 category is Administrative Services Manager and I have a MBA degree from the States. Gradually I found out I don't like my current job and the work environment. I'm looking for other jobs. Does the new job have to be in the same category as my current one in order to get a H-1 transfer sucessfully? I guess the point is whether I can work in other lines such as marketing or accounting. I have mixed experience before as a marketing person and an accountant. Thank you very much!
