After coming to USA,I got recently divorce decree in India .
My ex wife never came to USA and I didn't apply H4 visa for her as we are seperated 2 years before arrival and procedure is pending in court while I was coming to USA.Now court issued Divorce decree recently on November 2014
I want to move on my life and my marraige is fixed and going to be married on aug 2016.In my current H1B the status is married.
After marriage What is the process of H4 to move the girl to USA.
Would you please help me and any suggestions welcome
