Hi - I have a query reg. my expired H1B visa. I have given my case in detail below and I request you to please suggest me for my further steps. Thanks for your time.
When I was staying on L1B Visa (5th Year) in US through employer A, My H1B was applied by another employer B. When H1B was in processing, as I have completed my 5Yrs continuous stay in US, I had to leave the country and came back India in Sept 2015. I am continuing my work with Employer A in India and my H1B was approved in last Jan 2016. My petition will expire in Oct 2016 and I didn't go for stamping due to personal reasons.
My query is if I want to go to US to work on H1B in future (In 2017 - Petition will expire by that time), Is there any chance that I can apply for visa by using same petition without going through lottery. If I can, please let me know the procedure.
