H1 visa extension approved, stamping date not available. travel with old visa!!!???

Hi I have my visa valid till September 2016.
I already started extension process and the same is approved too.

I am travelling on June 2016 and will be returning within June itself.

Should I get new visa stamped on my passport??? I am not getting appointment until august to consulate.

You can, but the risk is that you will get I-94 only till Sep 2016 as many POE officers grant I-94 only till visa expiry date.
