New H1B visa

Hi Friends,

I am going to complete my six years stay with H1B in April 2017. But I am going back to India in October 2016. Am I eligible to apply new H1B in April 2017 and get my visa stamped in November 2017 if everything goes well with H1B visa? As per the criteria I will be outside of USA for one year from October 2016 to October 2017. Any information from you all would help.

Criteria is to apply after staying out of US for 1 Year. How will you show proof that you have stayed out of US for 1 Year in April 2017 itself?
