Location change during H1B Transfer - same employer (new)
Hi,
I recently changed job from Employer A based on the H1B receipt number (regular) by Employer B. Now, I am employee of Employer B at location B and it is possible that my client location will change to location C from same new employer B.
What if happens before complete H1B transfer (4-6 months), can a H1B amendment be filed by Employer B even before H1B transfer gets completed by them? If no,what are the legal ways to start working at location C ?
