H1B visa extension filled for previous location and amendment filled for new location
Hi,
My H1B extension and amendment filed when i was working with previous client/location, during that time my location/client changed and filled H1B amendment. Below are the filling dates:
1. 1st H1B extension/amendment, filled date: Aug-15-2015
2. On location change, filled 2nd amendment, filled date: Dec-15-2015.
But now what happened my 1st H1B extension/amendment filled on Aug-15-2015 got approved till Sep-9-2017 and 2nd amendment filled on Dec-15-2015 is still in pending status. below are my questions.
1.Will location change amendment(filled on Dec-15) impacts my approved dates of Aug-15 filled extension.
2.I am going to India, which one i need to consider for stamping and what problem may i face for stamping?
3. If Dec-15 gets approved till this Dec-31-2016 then What will happen to previous approved extension/amendment and till what date my visa will get stamped?
