H1 transfer - Job switch confusion
Hi All,
Any immediate response would be of great help.
I am currently working for Company A on H1B visa.I got an offer from company B.For various reasons I am still thinking whether to accept the offer and go for company B.
1.I accept the offer from Company B (and they start H1B transfer process),resign from Company A and then revoke the resignation from Company A(Stay back in company A while transfer with B has started).Can I do that?
2.I accept offer from Company B and they start H1B transfer process, while this is in process Can I accept offer from another company C and go for them?
