H1B transfer from Company A -> Company B -> Company C with Company A's I797B
Hi All,
Hope you all are doing good. I got two points on which help is needed.
Point #1
I filed two H1B petitions (say Company A and Company B) last year from India and both the petitions are approved.I am currently working for Company A in US and in my passport H1B stamped is for Company A.
Soon I will be joining Company B because of some compensation related issues.
My first question is does Company B still need to apply for H1B transfer as their petition is already approved last year itself?

Company B is refusing to give the I797B copy to me.
My question here is - In future will I be able to transfer my H1B to Company C with Company A's I797B? Company A will revoke their petition
once I leave Company A.
