1.How long does it tekae to receive the notice?
2.If I travel to India do I need to get my Visa stamped or the extended date before re entering the US?If yes,how do I do that?

    1. Usually within a week.
    2. If visa is not already expired then you don't need to get it stamped but you still have to show it at POE. I would recommend you get your visa stamped using extended petition. You have to schedule an interview on US Consular website.
This is just my opinion, not a legal advice.

Could you provide me the link to schedule an interview?
