H4 stamping with old 797 and waiting for new 797 approval notice

I have scheduled H4 stamping interview for my family on july-22-2016 at Chennai-india with my current 797 approval valid till Sep-20-2016 .

this week I am applying for my H1b extension thru premiums process , hopefully i will get approval notice by end of this month, after getting new 797 approval can i update/modify DS 160 with new 797 number , so that H4 will get stamping based on new 797 date's .
