H-1B petition: RFE raised while in-between projects
Hey guys,
I work for a business consulting firm who applied for my H-1B visa recently. Fortunately, it got picked in the lottery however a few days ago we received an RFE(employer-employee relationship) for the same. Now the issue is that when we filed for my petition i was working for a client however that project ended recently and since then my employer is making me undergo training for a new level of certification. My company's immigration team rep told me that they will need updated project information from my supervisor however I technically am not on any project and will be assigned to one after i finish the training and give the cert. exam. Please advice as to what i should do since i do not have any updated project information to provide. Thanks in advance!
