H4 travel during visa ammendment

Hello Everyone,

My wife and my kids are in india and they wanted to travel to US in H4 visa. They have stamped H4 visa as per current petition. Now I am changing the project and moving to the new project but with same employer who is holding my H1 visa. In this case my employer needs to file the visa amendment. During this process will my wife and kids can travel to US?

It will be very helpful if anybody can guide me quickly.

Would they be traveling after your move or before?

Would they be traveling after your move or before?

They will be moving after my move to new project,but my employer remain same,its a just project movement.
