Hi,
My H1B is going to expire in a month now and I have been on the visa since May 2010. I have my I-140 approved so I should get an extension. My current company has already applied for an extension but not in Premium. Now the problem is that I am talking to another company for an offer and I am not sure what to do in such a situation. Can comapny B apply for an transfer even after the expiry? Or should I ask my current employer to process it in premium so I can get the extension in 15 days?
What would be the best way to go about it?
