H1 and i94 Question Please help
My initial H1b is valid till September 2016, I moved to America in June 2015 and since my passport was only valid till Nov 2015 the Customs employee at POE gave me i94 till Nov 2015, I applied for a transfer in August 2016 in Regular and that changed to RFE in May 2016, and My employer replied in May and it is still in Received Review According to the 240 day grace period I am supposed to leave in July 10 but my employer says since the last H1b is till September 2016 I should be ok? Is that Valid? Or will I be in illegal status
