Hello People,
I joined new client on 18rd May in new location but applied for H1B Amendment and extension on 1st June.
USCIS asking for explanation of gap between joining date and application date.
What if we are not able to prove that we joined on 1st June? - Any thoughts?
My employer says it will be approved by counselor process as it considered me out of status. so, I have to go go out of country and stamp it and come back to US
Is there any option I can do without going out of country
Does anybody experienced this situation? Plz help
