H1b transfer

Hi,

I am still working with eployer A whole filed my H1b and i got it stamped with the name of employer A only which i got 3 years validity. But till now i dint travel to USA.

Now i got one more oppurtunity from US employer B saying they will do the H1 trasfer in premium process. Now my question is if agree for H1 transfer and processed my apprication with employer B once petition and H1 transfer is approve.

I need to go for Visa stamping again?

I can travel to USA with employer H1 transfer and petition using my Employer A visa which is having 3 yrs validity.

And also my Employer B is saying no need to go for stamping again and i can travel with that. Please confirm me is it true? Or any suggestions please.

I too have similar question. I have H1-B stamped a year ago, but never joined the company is the USA. I heard you need first to join the sponsor company in the USA and have atleast 3 pay stubs (i.e., 1.5 months of pay) and only then your new employer can apply for a transfer.Is that true?
How much does the new employer pay for the transfer- approximately?
