H1B transfer which is never used in India
Hi Friends,
I got my H1B stamped from Employer "MNC-A" and I would like to join with Employer "MNC-B". I haven't used my visa so far (i.e) I didn't travel to USA by using the Visa with employer "MNC-A". If I am going to join with employer "MNC-B", I know that "MNC-A" will cancel my petition but I want to confirm that is there any 1% chance to cancel my Visa? or any other way to block my travel in future?
Also, if my current employer cancel my petition now, will my new employer file the petition later? or my new employer needs to file before the current petition cancellation.
Friends, based on your correct input only I am going to join with new company. if there is an chance for my Visa cancellation or travel restriction then I will not take risk.
Also, for a new petition and approval, how long it will take.
Note: I surfed so many threads in immihelp but still I have a doubt as all those are old one.
