H1B Visa status changed from Administrative processing to issued
Hi All,
My H1B case was under administrative processing since 4th April. I have submitted my passport on 6th of June after receiving the mail from usatravelsdocs.
My case status is showing ISSUED now stating ""Your visa is in final processing. If you have not received it in more than 10 working days, please see the webpage for contact information of the embassy or consulate where you submitted your application. ""
I just want to know if the visa has been issued and in how many days can I expect the mail to pickup my passport.
To add, my original petition(I797) was kept by the embassy at the time of interview. Will I get that back along with my passport from the collection center or should I engage my current employer in this for Petition?
