My H1B Extension is due, but other are getting intent to revoke h1b by uscis
My H1B Visa get stamped in Sep, 2014 valid till 30 Sep, 2016. I have entered into USA in March, 2015. In petition and visa interview mentioned CCCC as client. Then in Port of Entry, officer make me seat in room and asked me the client details. I have told them CCCC is my client and will work at client location. But officer, told me CCCC and your employer EEEE doesn't have any relation and some one from EEEE employer been deported recently.
My employer, didn't inform anything bad about CCCC client and deported incident. So I thought officer is checking about genuine case or not and telling like deport and other things. With have those in mind, told that so much confident client CCCC is good and having good relation with employer; no one is deported. But officer is not convinced at all and repeat the same about client and employer.
After that, officer asked about education, previous employment and other details. Then finally told me that can leave now by giving passport and other documents back. Then I have called my employer and asked about deported incident, he told me that it was true and not informed me as I will be panic by knowing.
Then got job and filled LCA for my new location, applied Labor and approved Labor, then filled I140 in March, 2016.
Last week employer received notice of intent to revoke form uscis for 12 candidates. My name is not in the list. Those all were having/mentioned CCCC as client during filing H1B and Port of Entry.
Now I have to file the extension and don't want to file with my current employer. Looking for H1B transfer. Here I have questions and can you please help me.
1. What is the action, do I need to take now ?
2. Will I get done H1B transfer without any issue ?
3. Will USCIS send Intent to revoke for my H1B later ?
