H1B Amendment and I94 Expiry

Hi Here is my situation

1.My I94 is going to expire as per my passport validiaty on 8/20. But I have valid visa till Sep 2017.
2.Now I have renewed my passport.
3.My employer filed an amendment on 13 jun as I have changed my location.
4. I got amendment approval for one year through premium processing and in approval mail, my I94 number is mentioned.

So, my Question is Can I continue to Stay as my amendment is approved for one year with #I94. Or Do i need to go out of US and come back? Please advise.

The I94 that came in with the latest I797 would be the latest one so you should be good.
