Need Help on 221G

Thanks a lot for posting useful information.
I have been to Chennai Visa Consulate twice, at both the instances I got a 221g. Seeking the following information
Provide a detailed description and specific account of how the H/L worker will be employed during the next 12 months. Be sure to specify location, client and client contact information, nature of the project and duration of the project on client letter head.
The problem is that my employer is not ready to give a letter on client letter head. I dont know what to do. If any one has some suggestions of how to go about fulfilling the query without client letter head. Please let me know.
