I am in US on L1B for employer 'A'. I have got a cap-exempt H1B for this year (based on an unused H1B petition of previous years) for the same employer 'A' and my L1B to H1B CoS is approved.
My H1B (after CoS) for employer 'A' is not yet stamped. I have the copy of I797 petition & the receipt of the cap-exempt H1B with me.
Now, can another employer 'B' transfer my H1B before I get H1B stamped for current employer 'A'?
