Hi,
We have form I-797 with the consulate listed as London. As they have no appointments, we are going to Belfast instead. After filling out all forms for H1B and H4 visas, we have noticed a note at the bottom. It says "If circumstances change, the petitioner can file form I-824 to have us notify another consulate of this approval." So how do I know if interviewing in Belfast instead of London qualifies as a change in circumstance?
