I have a H4 EAD valid until 8/23/2016. Extension for H1(for spouse), H4 and H4 EAD was filed concurrently in April 2016 and we have the receipt. I was not working so far but got offered a job and have to join my mid July. What are my options?
What if my H4 EAD approval does not come through before 8/23. Can I continue to work? Will my new EAD be back dated to start from 8/24 irrespective of when the approval happens.
