My H1 B is valid upto 30th September 2016 . My employer has filed H1B amendment and it is still not approved . shows "Case was recieved" status on uscis site .
Is H1 extension separate from amendment ? Do I have to file extension separately ? Also , is it possible to file extension when amendment is in progress ?
