    H1b extension with i-140 approved

    Hi Friends,

    My i-140 approved on June 2016 and my current H1B completes (6 Years) in July 2016. while my application for extension of stay is in progress at uscis, how many days beyond my expiry can stay? Will the 240 days rule apply still?
