h1b transfer after extention approved until 2019

My h1b 1st extention(4th year starts after september 2016) got approved last week and my current h1b(first 3 years) ends in september 16(extention is approved until 2019) Now if I transfer my h1b before september will extention also get transferred?. Also if I transfer after my extention period starts(after sep 2016) do my new employer have to refile for extention?

It would depend upon the next employer's ability to show work for you for the duration they are requesting for.

Technically there's nothing called as a transfer. The next employer will file a cap exempt petition and would typically get it approved for three years if they show work for that duration.
