H1B to B1/B2 to H1B

I am on H1B visa (received in 2015 first time) and I quit my job today. I don't have H1B stamping and I am single. I want to know my options now-

Please explain in detail as much as possible. The priority is from top to Bottom. Thanks!

- How long can I find my job on H1B (before changing it to B1/B2 visa)? I heard 1 month and after that, I will need to change it into B1/B2 visa to remain legal and in this country.
- If I change my H1B into B1/B2 visa, how long can I stay here on B1/B2 visa continuously?
- How can I open a start-up on B1/B2 visa? If not, how can I open it on H1B visa? If not, can I take admission in any school, get on F1 visa and then open the startup? Would you recommend any other easier way out?
- If I find a job while on B1/B2 visa (approved or still under processing), how much time will it take to convert it into H1B? Or, will H1B just transfer from the old to new company irrespective of the B1/B2 visa?
- Can I go to India on B1/B2 visa and come back here on B1/B2 visa again?
- Should I apply for Canada PR? Will that help me in staying here?
