Hello,
I am applying for H4 dependent visa. I had 2 visa rejections in the past...I would like to know if the past rejections will have any impact on H4 stamping.
Past visa rejections details:
1) Visiting visa - 2013. Reason for rejection: "You might be going to work in US"
2) Student visa - 2014. Reason for rejection: "You are going to settle in US and not planning to return".
