Gentlemen - I am in a situation. My perm has just started with my present employer, however I am deeply unhappy with them (nothing to do with pay), and want to change my job. Is it feasible to find a new h1b sponsor with only 2 years left on H1B? Many companies I am talking to are asking for at least 3. Is the situation so pathetic that one cant change H1b employers in years 5 and 6 of H1B?
