Is it possible to schedule Visa interview other than home consulate?

Hello All,

I am resident of Madhya Pradesh, as per DS160 my home consulate is Mumbai (Bombay). Can I schedule a interview in Delhi as from my native place Delhi and Mumbai both are same distance? If yes how can I do that?

As per rules my Kid qualify for visa drop box waiver on Visa appointment website (Stanley) , does whole family qualify for dropbox with kid or do we need schedule visa interview ?

Found my answer from VFS Usa Visa customer care

Candidate can select any USA consulate for Interview if your language is available in that location. For interview in English all 5 consulate across India are allowed, just select that VFS location for Visa interview while taking appointment.
