I have currently booked a PA via my employer in the Chennai consulate for my spouse. Unfortunately, the date is coming up only on the 29th of September. Looking at the visa wait times today, I noticed that the Delhi consulate had a wait time of only 36 calendar days right now. Can I change my PA location now? Do I need to cancel my current appointment and book a new one in New Delhi? Are there any jurisdiction restrictions (I currently am based out of Chennai) that would prevent me from setting the appointment up in New Delhi?
