my case ;
I Came to USA on L1B on 2012 , got H1B in 2013 from Desi software product and service based company having 400 employees in USA and around 2000 employee from INDIA and Europe.
Currently am working in EVC model for 17 months with same client.
June-2016 applied My H1B extension thru premium approved for 10 months only based on client letter from July-2016 to Apr-2017 .
I am planning for India trip in Aug-2016 then come back after 4 weeks ,
Question ;

1. Is there any issue because of only 10 month approval notice ( i am with family here in USA , my son goes for 5 th grade school) .
2. Any suggestion .. since i changed from L1B to H1B
3. Any other suggestion
