Hi All,
Can someone suggest what I am trying to do is recommended or not?
Recently I moved from HOuston to Dallas, I have an approved ammendement I-797A valid through May 2018 which was filed when I moved to HOuston , after moving to Houston my I94 expired because of my passport and I had to apply for an extension after renewing my Passport on Oct 23 2015. Now after moving to Dallas I had to file for another amendedment. Expecting that my extension will get approved in another 2 months and converting my new amendment to premium, can I book a visa slot with my existing approved amendment. I am planning to visit India in Nov 2016 and I heard the H1 visa slot are already up till Oct 2016, so dont want to wait till my in process extension/amendment gets approved.
