    H1b Cap exempt

    Hi,
    my h1b visa expires in a month. I want to change the employer A to employer B. Can employer B, file cap exemption for me after visa expiry? I have used H1b only for limited time for employer A. If so how long would it take? Any other risk involved?
    Please suggest?
