DS 160 Father's Status , I140 applied

Hello Dear Friends,

I am on H1B in USA , my Perm is approved and i140 is applied and still waiting for result.

While filing DS160 form for my daughter's H4 Visa stamping, what should I select Father's Status on 'Relatives' page?, options are

US Citizen
US Legal Permanent Resident
Non-Immigrant
Other/I Dont know

Since I140 is filed I would have selected 'Immigrant' but no option is available. Any help is appreciated.
