Dropbox passport return from Chennai Consulate

Hi,
I submitted my passport for h1b extension renewal on Jun 22nd at the Chennai Consulate (from Bangalore via dropbox). Today is Jul 5th and I still see "Your passport is still with the US Embassy/Consulate" when tracking my passport. Should I just wait or is there any other means to get a more detailed status?

Has anyone who submitted around this time already received it back?
