H1B Transfer - Courtesy Approval Notice received by Attorney

My H1 Transfer was filed on 22nd July in Premium processing and I received the Receipt on 23rd July. I got an email from my Attorney today that they have received a "Courtesy Approval Notice" and will receive the original Approval notice shortly. However when I checked my case status online, it is still in the processing stage.

Is my Case approved? What is a courtesy Approval notice?
Also, has someone also experienced something similar of case status not being updated on time on the USCIS website?
