Hi all,
Please help me out in this situation looking some advice and answers:
1. My present employer 'A' has filed an H1B extension before my current H1 expired. Currently I-797 expired and extension is in progress (standard processing), though I do have I 94 valid till next year.
2. Can I transfer H1B to another employer say B in premium processing? currently my wife is outside USA she do have valid visa stamp.
3. can my wife return once my H1 with employer B get approved? Both me and her have valid I-94.
4. Will with H1 extension in process is there be any problem in transfer? My transfer is in premium processing and extension in normal processing.
5. does expired H1 affect I94 validity?
