Hi team,

My H1B was filed for location Sunnyvale, California. In 2015 again and amendment was filed for NY, NY which is also approved. I have never travelled to US. Can I travel for Sunnyvale project even if NY project amendment is approved. Please confirm.

I would say no. The amended petition is now the current one and if the new amendment is filed for NY, you have about a 50 mile radius to work. However, if your employer withdraws the petition or files a new petition, I don't see why the old petition should not still be valid.
