I am a Indian 18 years old
I know one family in USA they are my good friend we talk too much together since 18 months
I want go to USA
And they help me for that
But I want to know if I can get the visa or not what them need to do for my papers I am not rich and my family no support me but they(us family) said they help me so please tell me if they can give me sponsorship for a job or they have a little business so they can give me one latter for job please help me and tell me what I need to do and what they need to do

There are too many options to go over the entire immigration options. H2B is a temporary visa that generally is given for reconstruction jobs. You may have more luck working on a farm on an H2A visa. Or a student visa M1 or F1, and have the family provide financial support.
