Hi,
I am working for employer A valid i-94 till Aug 2016 and applied for extension for H1/H4(spouse) in normal processing. I got offer from employer B applied for H1 transfer/ H4(spouse) extension in premium and both approved with i-94 till 2019.
I am planning to join employer B soon.
My question:
1. Is employer A required to cancel the extension petitions.
2. If employer A do not cancel extension, what will happen if employer A, H1 and H4 gets approved.
3. Which i-94 (employer A or B) shall be applicable for H4. I know H4 is linked to H1. I asked this question because we have filled two I-534.
4. How H1 and H4 i-94 are linked.
