First Time Stamping in a country other than India

Hello Guys,

My H1B started on October 1st 2015 (My status changed from OPT to H1B). So this is will be my first stamping.

1) Can I get stamped in a country other than India? eg :- Jamaica, Canada etc
2) Did any one of you get your first H1B stamping in a country other than India? Please share you experiences.

You can get your visa stamped in any consulate you want.
