Is it OK to travel to India during H1Transfer?

I work for company A, I am planning to move to B. I’m planning to be in India for 30 days and will be working for A all along. When I’m back at POE can I show the paystubs & H1B approval from A because I’m technically still working for A even though B applied for my transfer (or got it approved) ?

So are you saying that I should be here in US when the Company B filed for my transfer?
