Hi,
Here is my situation. I am waiting for H1 extension (2nd extension) while I wait for GC. I have I-140 approved with my current employer and based on that I also have my spouse's EAD approved.
Now my question is if I change my employer what happens to H4EAD?
Situation 1. If my current employer revokes the I-140 but H4 EAD has validity until next 3years (provided i have waited for my current extension before changing job)
Situation 2. I transfer my H1 (before extension) to new employer and current employer does not revoke 1-140. Can I renew H4EAD after H1 tranfer
Situation 3. I wait for H1 tranfer, change employer, current employer does not revoke I-140
