H1B : I-797C Notice of Action having wrong DOB.

Hi I received I797C from my employer which has wrong DOB. My Month field has wrong value. Can someone please suggest me how should I get it changed and what will be the impact of this?

I called and told my employer about it by he said it is okay and there is nothing to worry about? I am not sure if his explanation is correct and it will not create any issues during Visa stamping.

please suggest me what should I do now ?
